Advanced Scrum Practices
Abstract
This interactive session covers some more advanced topics related to Scrum. Therefore the participants are expected to at least know the basics about the Scrum process (see http://www.scrumalliance.org/resources/227
or http://www.scrumalliance.org/scrum_hub
) or have some experience in using Scrum.
At the start of this session, we'll define the topics that will be covered together with the participants, based on their needs. We expect to cover things such as distributed teams, split large teams, manage multiple backlogs and teams, program and portfolio management, retrospectives, fixed price projects, etc.
We'll use the experience and knowledge that is present in the audience, and add our own experience and insights to maximize learning.
