JSF 2.0

Abstract

JEE 5 made JavaServer Faces the standard for developing web applications. Since then, a whole JSF ecosystem has emerged: ranging from application frameworks to high quality third party components. With JSF 2.0 we enter Web 2.0 and make it even easier to develop challenging web user interfaces.

During this session the audience will learn:

Biography

Guy Veraghtert is a Solution Engineer at ACA-IT Solutions. Since 2005 he advises customers on how to implement standards based enterprise systems, using JSF as front-end technology. As an open source adept, he is contributing to various open source projects, including Mojarra (the JSF Reference Implementation) and JBoss Seam. Furthermore he is teaching beginning and experienced JEE developers the JSF framework.

Wim Bervoets is a Solution Engineer at ACA-IT Solutions. He has been a Java developer since 2000. His specialties include building web based enterprise applications with technologies such as JSF and Flex.
